Job Summary

We are seeking a Piledriver to join our team in a dynamic construction environment. The ideal candidate will have 2 years driving pile in marine construction environment. The project is located on a military bases, eligibility to obtain for DBIDS and NAVSEA badges is a requirement.

Must have flexible schedule, schedule will be per the low and high tide and it will change from day to day.

Responsibilities

• Must have knowledge of operating procedures for hoisting equipment to position piling leads
• Must be able to climb up the leads of heights up to 150 feet
• Must be capable of oil, grease, service, and make normal maintenance adjustments on equipment;

· Set up and dismantle rigging equipment for hoisting and moving, transloading piles.

· Perform inspections of rigging equipment to ensure safety and compliance.

· Collaborate with construction teams to determine lifting needs and equipment requirements.

Requirements

· Proven experience as a Piledriver or in a similar role within the construction industry.

· Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices related to rigging operations.

· Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require heavy lifting or prolonged periods of standing.

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
