Skaneateles is a small town, and the bakery has captured the affections and appetites of a steady—and growing!—crew of regulars. Many of the folks seen in the bakery daily have been coming here for well over a decade. It’s as common for customers to mention memories of the bakery from when they were children as it is for them to notice when a new art installation has gone up, or a new point of sale system has been installed. Even with the visiting tourist population, folks frequently return year after year, or are drawn in by word-of-mouth recommendations.
For our local and seasonal visitors alike, Skaneateles Bakery is a hub for making memories, enjoying nostalgia and creating a sense of community and belonging for all who walk through our doors.
Seeking full time front of house staff, preferably with barista experience and a variety of skills including:
- personable demeanor, positive attitude, ability to learn quickly, ability to stay patient and focused.
Candidate should be available to start on or around August 1st and work through the Holiday season. One weekend shift required.
