What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full time Baker position at Skaneateles Bakery?
Seeking a full time baker, preferably with experience in the industry and a variety of skills including:
- mixing and proofing doughs
- forming and baking bread
- working with laminated doughs
- baking a variety of breakfast pastries (scones, muffins, etc.)
- creating and decorating cakes, cookies and cupcakes
- baking a variety of cookies
- frying donuts
- keeping a clean and orgnized work space
Everything is made in house, from scratch!
Applicants should be self starters and reliable as shifts begin at 5am
