Skana Aluminum is on the hunt for our next Melt Cast Technician – a fearless, detail-oriented, safety-first champion who wants to turn up the heat (literally) and help us create top-notch aluminum slabs!

What You’ll Do (a.k.a. Your Superpowers 🦸)

🔥 Metal Maestro: Move, transfer, and store aluminum slabs like a pro. Manage metal flow and send dross packing.
🔥 Casting Commander: Assist or lead the transformation of molten aluminum into slabs, fine-tune casting settings, and keep molds in check.
🔥 Melting Magician: Load furnaces, add flux/hardeners, monitor temperatures, and perform the all-important skim-and-puddle routine.
🔥 Equipment Guru: Keep our molds, machinery, and controls in top shape. If it moves, melts, or molds, you’ll be the go-to fixer!
🔥 Safety Superstar: Suit up in PPE, follow Lockout/Tagout rules, and keep safety a top priority—because you can’t be a metal master without keeping yourself in one piece.
🔥 Leader of the (Metal) Pack: Guide your team, train your crewmates, and bring fresh ideas to make our operations even better.
🔥 Bonus Quests: Whatever comes up, you’re on it—because teamwork makes the (metal) dream work!
