As Director, Agentic AI Solutions, you’ll help turn that foundation into a business. You’ll work with leadership on everything from shaping the business model and bringing solutions to market, to guiding deployments with Fortune 500 customers and feeding those lessons back into product and engineering. The decisions you make will directly influence how enterprises adopt and scale agentic AI. This is a role for someone who wants to help define how enterprise AI works in practice, not just in concept. It’s a chance to shape a new category, with the backing of a product and data foundation strong enough to make it real.
Responsibilities
• Business & Strategy
- Partner with leadership to define the business model, market approach, and growth priorities.
- Build clear narratives and operating plans for Agentic AI Solutions.
• Operating model
- Design and manage the operating model for the business unit — setting goals, tracking performance, and ensuring alignment across sales, product, engineering, and delivery.
• Go-to-Market, Customer Deployments and Success
- Support enterprise sales with solution framing and executive-level engagement.
- Oversee early deployments, ensuring success criteria are met and lessons are captured.
- Develop repeatable playbooks for adoption and scale.
• Product & Engineering Collaboration
- Translate enterprise use cases into product requirements.
- Help prioritize features and releases based on customer needs.
- Ensure deployment feedback directly informs the roadmap.
• Organizational Development
- Define the structure, roles and ways of working as the business scales.
- Establish practices that balance speed with enterprise-grade rigor.
Qualifications
• 6–10 years of experience, ideally including:
- Management consulting (MBB or equivalent): Manager-level experience in strategy, operations, or transformation.
- Technology industry: 2 years in product, strategy, sales, or solutions role within a B2B SaaS or enterprise tech company.
• Ability to work at both strategic and execution levels.
• Broad skillset across market analysis, financial modeling, sales support, product requirements, and customer success.
• Strong presence with enterprise stakeholders.
• Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Experience building and leading teams.
