The SDVSAS Fund Development Coordinator coordinates fundraising for an established non-profit doing vital social service work. Working with the Executive Director, this coordinator:
- helps secure and expands financial support from individuals, foundations, and businesses
- helps plan, organize and coordinate fundraising events
- researches and writes private/foundation grants
- implements strategies for donor development, retention and recognition
- helps design materials for agency fundraising events
- Assists with social media and agency Website
Qualifications include:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with fundraising and coordinating events
- Experience with writing/grantwriting
- Proficient in working with Microsoft Office, including Excel
- BA in communications or related field
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team setting
- Experience with social media preferred

Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour
