Duties

• Assist customers in locating and selecting the correct RV parts and accessories, providing exceptional customer service with clear communication and product knowledge
• Manage inventory levels through accurate stock stocking, order fulfillment, and inventory control using tools like CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and POS (Point of Sale) systems
• Negotiate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely procurement of parts, optimizing sales management strategies and retail math principles
• Process transactions efficiently at the cashier station, handling cash, credit card payments, and maintaining accurate cash handling procedures
• Support vehicle maintenance and RV repair operations by providing technical advice on RV diagnostics and RV service procedures
• Maintain organized shelves, clean work areas, and ensure proper maintenance of tools and equipment to uphold safety standards
• Collaborate with team members on marketing initiatives to promote parts specials or seasonal promotions, enhancing dealership visibility

Skills

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to diverse customers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking, order processing, and sales analysis
• Knowledge of RV diagnostics, RV repair, and RV maintenance procedures
• Excellent organizational skills to manage stock levels, order fulfillment, and stock replenishment efficiently
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving a diverse customer base
• Demonstrated negotiation skills for dealing with suppliers and customers effectively
• Retail sales experience combined with dealership or automotive service background is highly desirable
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Strong phone etiquette for engaging with customers over the phone or in person confidently
