Job Description:
Responsible for nutritional care and follow up of patients and communicating information appropriately to other health professionals. Requires excellent customer service skills, a self –starter, and a positive attitude.
Education:
- Required: None
- Preferred: High School Diploma or Equivalent Education
- Preferred: education in nutrition and dietetics
Experience:
- Prefer experience in nutrition and dietetics
Skills:
- Basic reading and writing skills and able to do simple math
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to follow directions and work together as a team player
- Able to move quickly
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Strong communication skills with a focus on clear and concise phone etiquette
