New York - Corporate Restructuring Mid to Senior Level Associate

pSkaddens a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://www.skadden.com/capabilities/practices/corporate-restructuring"Corporate Restructuring/a team in a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://www.skadden.com/locations/americas/new-york"New York/a is seeking outstanding lateral candidates (class of 2021-2018) with proficiency in both in-court and out-of-court restructurings.  Ideal candidates should have substantial company-side experience as well as a mix of other representations (including liability management transaction and general lender/creditor representations).  High level of academic achievement and experience in the restructuring practice of a peer firm are preferred qualifications.  Qualified candidates should be admitted to practice law in New York.  The starting base salary for this position is expected to be between $365,000 to $435,000 annually.  Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
