We’re excited to hire a Full-Time Health & Wellness Nurse for our Heritage Center and Magnolia Gardens CBRF right here on the beautiful Skaalen campus in Stoughton, WI.
What You’ll Do
As our Health & Wellness Nurse, you’ll play a key role in supporting the well-being of our residents by:
- Overseeing personal care services & medication administration
- Monitoring resident health and documenting changes
- Communicating updates to physicians, leadership, and responsible parties
- Promoting a positive, supportive environment that puts residents first
- Leading and supporting trained care staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care
What Makes You a Great Fit
We’re looking for someone who is:
- A licensed LPN or RN in Wisconsin (in good standing)
- Experienced in Long-Term Care (preferred)
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Confident in autonomous decision-making
- A supportive leader who can guide and encourage care staff
