We are looking for a skilled, passionate, and dependable Beauty Specialist to join our growing salon family! This role is perfect for someone who truly loves the beauty industry and takes pride in delivering high-quality services while creating meaningful connections with clients.
As a Beauty Specialist, you will provide a range of beauty services including threading, waxing, facials, makeup, nail services, and haircare, while helping maintain a welcoming, professional, and positive salon environment. We are seeking someone with hands-on experience who is confident working independently when needed and can help manage the salon during quieter shifts.
This is a paid position, and compensation is competitive and flexible based on experience and skill level. If you bring more expertise, versatility, and responsibility, we are happy to pay accordingly.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional beauty services including threading, waxing, facials, makeup, nails, and basic haircare
- Provide personalized consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable services or products
- Deliver exceptional customer service that encourages trust, loyalty, and repeat visits
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of workstations and treatment areas
- Assist with front desk duties, appointment scheduling, and client communication when needed
- Confidently manage the salon independently during assigned shifts
- Promote retail products, services, and special offers to enhance client experience and salon growth
- Support social media content when applicable (before/after photos, short tutorials, promotions)
Qualifications & SkillS
- Proven experience in threading, waxing, facials, makeup, nails, and haircare services
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and handle salon responsibilities when alone
- Multitasking and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of salon hygiene, safety, and professional standards
- Comfortable using POS systems and basic salon software (training provided if needed)
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and team-oriented mindset.
