Semiconductor Foundry Technical Marketing Manager

Overview
We are seeking a Technical Marketing Manager to promote our foundry processes to design win. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical development and customers' product development needs. You will also catalyze the development need by feeding back the market needs.

Responsibilities

• Technical Liaison: Act as the lead technical point of contact, ensuring seamless communication and alignment between customer requirements and internal capabilities.
• Business Development: Partner with sales to drive new account engagement by promoting our foundry technology platforms.
• Technical Consultation: Provide analysis and resolution for technical issues regarding devices or PDKs, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth NPI procedures.
• Customer Advocacy: Collect and translate field feedback into actionable insights for internal process development and technology improvements.
• Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends to provide strategic market feedback that informs our long-term technology roadmap.

Core qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Industry Expertise: 10 years of professional experience within the semiconductor industry, with a preference for candidates from Device Engineering, Process Integration, Technical Marketing or Customer Engineering.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives across diverse teams and translate technical concepts into clear, actionable communication for all stakeholders.
• Language: Full professional fluency in English is a must. Proficiency in Korean is considered a significant advantage

Pay: $160,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
