Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support leaders and employees across technical and corporate organizations. This role partners closely with business leaders to drive people strategies that enable team effectiveness, organizational health, and business success. Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with leaders to align people strategies with business priorities, organizational goals, and team effectivenessAdvise managers on employee relations, performance management, and organizational challengesCoach leaders on feedback, accountability, and leadership developmentSupport workforce planning, organizational changes, and talent decisionsDrive execution of core HR programs including performance reviews, engagement initiatives, and talent developmentAnalyze people trends and organizational insights to inform leadership decisionsPartner cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Legal to deliver integrated HR solutionsEnsure HR practices are compliant with employment laws and company policies Qualifications5 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in an HRBP or similar roleStrong experience in employee relations, manager coaching, and organizational supportAbility to build trusted partnerships with leaders and influence decision-makingStrong communication, judgment, and problem-solving skillsBachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field or business preferredSHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferredExperience supporting engineering or technical organizations preferredCOMPENSATION: $85,000/yr - $130,000/yrRegarding CompensationSK hynix memory solutions America Inc. offers you the opportunity to apply your skills to exciting projects while working with innovative teams.
