Role and Responsibilities
- Manage the operation of a comprehensive data analysis system
- Build views, data marts, and data pipelines using SQL and ETL tools
- Use SQL and data tools to analyze and organize production, equipment, and testing data
- Create and manage dashboards and reports that communicate insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with the technology and manufacturing teams to obtain requirements for their data needs
- Communicate with cross-functional teams and create data-driven solutions to meet business needs
- Process raw data from various systems into readily usable formats
- Identify and interpret data trends and patterns using dashboards and other indicators
- Identify opportunities for data acquisition and conduct complex data analyses with SMEs
- Enhance general data quality and reliability
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, IT, or similar field
- 1 year of experience in a data engineering or data analysis or similar role
- Technical expertise with SQL, ETL, and data modeling
- Hands-on experience with SQL database design
- Experience designing, building, and maintaining data marts
- Proficiency in data visualization using tools such as Spotfire, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
- IT System operation and maintenance experience
- Knowledge of programming languages, networks, and IT infrastructure
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Any accredited certification in data engineering or analysis
- Experience with data engineering/analysis in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with Alteryx, HDFS, Kafka, Nifi, Apache Kudu, and/or Impala
- AI and ML experience
- Korean language proficiency
