Duties
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver products along designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Engage with customers professionally to provide product information, answer questions, and address any concerns
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities during each visit
- Conduct merchandising activities by stocking shelves, rotating inventory, and maintaining attractive displays
- Perform heavy lifting of products and supplies to ensure timely delivery and proper placement at customer locations
- Organize daily route schedules efficiently to optimize delivery times and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, sales transactions, and customer interactions for reporting purposes
Requirements
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or equivalent driving certification with a clean driving record
- Strong math skills for handling pricing, inventory counts, and transaction calculations
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Proven experience in route driving, sales, or customer service roles preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and consistently throughout the workday
- Organizational skills to manage route schedules and product merchandising efficiently
