Job overview

This position encompasses a broad range of corporate and commercial work, including corporate transactions, securities and technology law, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, equity investments, fund formation support, restructuring, and other commercial deals. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal advice on corporate and commercial matters, including corporate governance and contract issues, draft, review, and negotiate various agreements and contracts, and represent the firm in legal proceedings.

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate transactions at a law firm

• Licensed to practice law in New York (additional bar admissions in other states are preferred.)

• Strong drafting and writing skills, with basic computer proficiency

• Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously

Candidates should demonstrate excellent academic performance, outstanding research and writing skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to manage and collaborate effectively within a team. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.

Salary information

• Approximately $130,000 and above

• Salary will be adjusted based on skills, experience, and performance
