What You'll Do
As a Material Handler / Forklift Operator, you'll play an important role in keeping our operations running smoothly.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Pick and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Pull materials and equipment for our internal shop
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing products
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment
- Help maintain accurate inventory
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
- Keep the yard clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all company safety procedures
- Work outdoors in Minnesota weather throughout the year
What We're Looking For
You don't have to know everything on day one. We're looking for someone who is reliable, willing to learn, works hard, and takes pride in doing the job right.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous forklift experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Experience with inventory systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Willingness to work outdoors year-round
- A safety-first attitude
Physical Requirements
This is an active, physical position. You should be comfortable:
- Lifting and moving materials regularly
- Standing and walking throughout the workday
- Bending, reaching, and performing physical labor
- Working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Safely operating forklifts and other equipment
