The job:
As our PCA Test Technician, your primary role will be to provide defective free products through testing printed circuit boards for proper functionality and quality. You will troubleshoot, evaluate, and repair circuit boards to ensure they meet customer expectations and that they are ready as scheduled. You will work as part of the PCA team to ensure quality products are produced.
The skills, education, and experience you need:
To succeed in this role, you must:
- Possess good hand soldering skills
- Have knowledge of how circuit boards work
- Have experience testing electrical or circuit board products
- Be able to work independently and as a team
- Be self-motivated and have attention to detail
A High School diploma or GED is required.

- What are the hours? Monday – Thursday 6:00 am – 4:30 pm and Friday 6:00 am – 11:00 am or Monday – Thursday 7:00 am – 5:30 pm and Friday 7:00am – 12:00 pm.

- What is the starting wage? The starting wage for this role is $21.00 - $24.00 per hour depending on experience.
