The Job
As our Electric Panel Builder, you will play a crucial role in constructing intricate electrical control panels that manage water movement for cities, municipalities, and residential areas within the water and wastewater industry. You will be responsible for laying out, fabricating and assembling large, complex control panels and doors. This involves installing components and wiring control panels based on a schematic diagram. The Skills, Education, And Experience You Need
To succeed in this role, you must have experience with:
- Assembling and wiring control panels.
- Working with blueprints, schematics, and a bill of materials.
- Electrical theory and measurement skills.
- Light metal fabrication techniques.
- Using a variety of hand tools such as screwdrivers, drills, punches, jig saws and crimpers.
- What are the hours? Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm with flexible overtime.
