- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and workplace issues
- Support conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, investigations, and employee counseling
- Foster positive employee relations and a professional work environment
- Coordinate employee recognition and retention initiatives
- Conduct exit interviews and provide recommendations for improvement
- Manage onboarding, orientation, and new hire documentation
- Schedule fingerprinting and create company photo IDs
- Maintain uniform compliance and company roster
- Maintain accurate personnel files and HR records
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Track employee certifications, licenses, and required training
- Assist with policy development and implementation
- Maintain attendance, corrective action, and termination records
- Screen applications and coordinate interviews
- Post job openings and manage recruitment pipelines
- Prepare offer letters and onboarding packets
- Assist with benefits enrollment and employee changes
- Support workers’ compensation and unemployment claims
- Monitor compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics
- Assist with audits and regulatory inspections
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of HR or Employee Relations experience
- Experience in security, staffing, or service industry preferred
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with payroll systems preferred
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
