Join Sizzling Indian Kitchen as a Front Associate (Customer Service Rep)! In this entry-level role, you will be the friendly face of our restaurant, taking orders, handling transactions, and ensuring a clean and welcoming dining area. We value excellent customer service and teamwork. This position is ideal for someone who speaks English fluently, enjoys interacting with people, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, take their orders, and enter them accurately into our POS system.
- Handle cash and card transactions, provide correct change and receipts.
- Assemble takeout orders (pack food, pour drinks) and serve beverages as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter, dining area, and restrooms.
- Restock napkins, utensils, condiments, and other supplies during shifts.
- Address customer questions or concerns promptly and courteously.
- Follow company policies for safety, sanitation, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English (required for clear communication with customers).
- Prior customer service or cashier experience is a plus, but not required.
- Friendly, patient, and positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to multitask during busy periods while maintaining service quality.
- Punctual, reliable, and flexible to work days, evenings, and weekends as scheduled.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
