Position Overview
As a Front of House Team Member, you'll help create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for every guest. Our restaurant primarily uses self-ordering kiosks, so this role focuses on guest hospitality, dining room cleanliness, food running, and assisting guests with the ordering process when needed.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests throughout their visit
- Help customers navigate and use our self-ordering kiosks when needed
- Deliver food to guests and ensure orders are accurate
- Maintain a clean and organized dining room, lobby, beverage station, and restrooms
- Bus and sanitize tables promptly
- Restock dining room supplies, sauces, napkins, lids, and cups
- Monitor guest needs and provide friendly, attentive service
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday)
- Comfortable using technology and assisting guests with self-ordering kiosks
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
