Our company is hiring a Host/Hostess to greet our customers and help manage the dining room. You will work directly with customers, presenting menus and taking to-go orders. As a Host/Hostess, you must be familiar with food and beverage preparation, while having an eye for detail. You will be responsible for seating guests. It’s essential to treat guests in a friendly manner to create a cheerful atmosphere. The goal is to provide excellent service so that customers feel welcomed, confident and satisfied with the experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive to our establishment.
- Direct guest to the assigned tables given by the manager.
- Answering phone calls with positive attitude.
- Being knowledgable of our full menu.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
- Help the team with necessary task.
