Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Restaurant Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives and drive revenue growth within our vibrant dining establishment. Duties
- Prepare food and beverages and take customer orders using POS Square System.
- Must be able to work a non-flexible schedule of 60 hours a week, Wednesday - Sunday (Monday and Tuesday off).
- Shift time 6:00AM - 6:00PM CT.
- Enforce food safety standards and sanitation protocols to guarantee a safe dining environment for guests and staff alike.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and fostering a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
- January - February start date.
Experience
- Proven management experience within the food service industry, preferably in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining establishments.
- Extensive background in restaurant management with supervisory experience overseeing kitchen operations, food production, and team supervision.
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and cash handling accuracy.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, inventory control practices, and food handling procedures.
- Experience in staff training & development, interviewing prospective employees, and implementing effective training programs.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and optimize restaurant operations for profitability.
- Prior experience in hospitality management or hotel settings is advantageous but not required.
