Role Description
Sizemore is hiring a Regional Account Executive to drive new business across the Upper Midwest, with a primary focus on the Chicago market.
This is a full time remote sales role selling Security, Staffing, and Janitorial services to businesses across multiple industries.
This is not an account management role disguised as sales. This is a true new business development role for someone who loves prospecting, can handle rejection, and is hungry to build a book of business.
The right person is energized by the hunt, comfortable with high outbound activity, and motivated by winning. You should be organized, curious, competitive, and able to learn multiple service lines quickly so you can tailor solutions to each prospect’s needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect consistently through cold calling, email, networking, referrals, and market research
- Build and manage a strong pipeline across Security, Staffing, and Janitorial services
- Identify target accounts, decision makers, and buying triggers
- Learn Sizemore’s service lines and adapt your sales approach by client need
- Lead discovery conversations and uncover operational challenges
- Deliver presentations and proposals that clearly communicate Sizemore’s value
- Negotiate pricing, agreements, and contract terms
- Use CRM consistently to manage activity, follow up, pipeline, and next steps
- Partner with internal teams to support a smooth handoff from sale to service delivery
- Meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals
Qualifications
- Proven success generating new business through outbound prospecting
- Strong hunter mentality and comfort with rejection
- Track record of meeting or exceeding B2B sales goals
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Highly organized with disciplined follow up habits
- Experience using CRM to manage sales activity and pipeline
- Ability to learn multiple business lines and adjust messaging accordingly
- Competitive, self motivated, financially driven, and goal oriented
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in staffing, security, janitorial, facilities, outsourcing, or business services preferred but not required
