Duties
- Operate the cash register accurately, handling all retail sales transactions with precision and efficiency.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers warmly, answering questions, and assisting with product selections.
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging customers to explore our offerings.
- Upsell complementary products or services to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a genuine approach.
- Manage cash drawer handling responsibly, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed at all times.
- Assist with stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and organizing products to maintain an attractive store environment.
- Maintain professional phone etiquette when addressing customer inquiries or follow-up calls.
- Support inventory management by participating in stock replenishment and product placement activities.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!
- Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems and cash register operations is a plus.
- Supervising experience in retail or customer service roles is advantageous for leadership opportunities.
