What You’ll Do
- Lead shifts alongside management to ensure smooth daily operations
- Support and coach front-of-house team members during service
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining Whiskey Cake standards
- Assist with floor leadership, team communication, and problem-solving
- Help drive team accountability, hospitality, and restaurant culture
- Work a combination of Shift Lead and Server shifts based on business needs
- Learn operational leadership skills with a clear path toward restaurant management
- Several years of high-volume serving experience
- Previous leadership, trainer, key hourly, or supervisor experience preferred
- Passion for hospitality and team development
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead confidently in a fast-paced environment
- Desire to grow into a long-term restaurant management career
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
