The Customer Support Associate role combines customer service and sales, giving you hands-on experience in communication, problem-solving, and business development.
We provide full Customer Support Associate training, so no prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
What You’ll Do as a Customer Support Associate:
- Engage with customers face-to-face and provide friendly, professional support
- Answer questions and guide customers through products, services, and options
- Recommend solutions based on customer needs using a consultative sales approach
- Build strong relationships to create a positive customer experience
- Process transactions and maintain accurate customer records
- Support team goals by contributing to daily and weekly sales targets
- Participate in ongoing training to develop sales and communication skills
What We’re Looking For in a Customer Support Associate:
- Prior Customer Support Associate experience is a plus
- Strong communication and people skills
- Coachable, motivated, and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work full-time
- Customer service, sales, or retail experience is preferred
