We're hiring Builders and Site Superintendents — and production homebuilding experience is mandatory.
Sixth Element Homes is scaling fast across DFW: 48 homes under active construction at Heartland Phase 10D and Radiant Springs, with a pipeline of 1,743 lots through 2030. Raw land to address, fully vertically integrated.
This is a production builder role. We need people who have already done it at volume and can prove it:
• Deliver homes ON TIME — manage the critical path, hold trades to the schedule, and hit cycle-time targets community after community
• Build WITHIN BUDGET — own your variance, control change orders, and protect margin on every lot
• Run MULTIPLE STARTS at once — juggle a full slate of homes across stages without dropping quality
• Hold the line on SPEC and quality — every home delivered is one you'd put your name on
• Lead trade partners — set expectations, inspect the work, and keep subs accountable
What's required:
• Proven production homebuilding experience (not custom-only) — this is non-negotiable
• A track record of homes delivered on schedule and on budget
• Comfort managing scopes, selections, and inspections at volume
