What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pediatrician - Milwaukee position at Sixteenth Street Community Health Centers?
We are looking for a BC/BE Pediatrician who shares our passion for providing high-quality, compassionate care to a diverse population in a Community Health Center.
At Sixteenth Street Community Health Centers, more than 120 providers provide quality Medical and Behavioral Health services to the community we serve.
A full-time equivalent (FTE) has 4-4.5 days/week of direct patient care. Pediatrician on-call duty is 3-4 nights per month, with 1 weekend call every other month. Nursery rounding is required usually one week every 16 weeks. Participation in teaching Pediatric residents and medical students is available and optional.
Integrated into patient care: Social services, Case managers, Lactation specialists, Chronic care (asthma, diabetes, hypertension), Dental Hygiene services, and Behavioral Health integration.
