YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You support the resolution of disputes related to vehicle damage assessments and reconditioning costs across multiple markets
- You manage arbitration cases by applying company policies and industry standards to ensure fair and consistent outcomes
- You liaise with rental branches, reconditioning facilities, and third-party vendors to resolve escalated and complex cases
- You maintain quality standards through scheduled and unannounced site visits, auditing reconditioning work and documentation practices
- You receive and evaluate damage claims, conducting in-person vehicle inspections to validate findings and determine outcomes
- You assist operations leadership by documenting site visit results and delivering clear, actionable recommendations
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Experience You have 5 years of experience in automotive damage assessment, claims adjustment, or vehicle reconditioning
- Education You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and are authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Technical Proficiency You are proficient in computer navigation, including Microsoft Office Applications
- Soft Skills You demonstrate strong organizational skills, can multi-task effectively, and excel in professional communication
- Commitment to Excellence You are success-oriented and willing to take on multiple tasks
- Travel You are flexible and willing to travel domestically up to 65%
