Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Operations Support Associate position based in Kenner, LA. The role involves supporting daily operational processes to ensure efficiency and productivity. Key responsibilities include maintaining fleet inventory, coordinating with different departments, responding promptly to customer inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Operations Support Associate will also play a role in maintaining operational compliance and improving workflow processes where needed.

• Proven Analytical Skills to identify issues, develop solutions, and enhance processes

• Adaptability to a dynamic on-site work environment
• Prior experience in a similar role or in the mobility services sector is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in operations, business, or related fields are advantageous
