Are you ready to take the wheel and drive success? As a full-time Fleet Coordinator and Logistics Supervisor at SIXT, you’ll be at the heart of our dynamic operations, ensuring every detail aligns for a seamless process. The Fleet Coordinator and Logistics Supervisor will support the Car Control Department by monitoring and organizing the workflow of the team.
YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You review and complete weekly or monthly reports for irregularities in transports
- You delegate and monitor workload, while upholding company standards and procedures
- You train, coach, and mentor team, while also perform performance reviews to discuss strengths and weaknesses
- You facilitate staff meetings on current business events and daily operations
- You assist in escalated transport issues with vendors, branches, and third parties
- You process Invoices and monitor for discrepancies in our transportation orders
