The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Lexington, Kentucky. This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts and is responsible for helping manage projects from concept through final delivery.
Daily responsibilities include managing client orders, tracking project timelines, fulfillment, working closely with internal teams and vendors, and ensuring orders are completed accurately and on time. The Account Manager will also respond to client questions, troubleshoot issues, prepare quotes and proposals, and help identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.
In addition, the Account Manager will manage assigned client e-commerce stores, including product updates, order coordination, inventory-related needs, and ongoing client support.
This position requires strong organization, communication, and attention to detail, as well as consistent in-person collaboration with our team to ensure a seamless client experience.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or 1–3 years of relevant professional experience.
