Key Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruiting for various roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance
• Source candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide regular updates
• Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate communication throughout the process
• Create a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint
• Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process, identify pipeline bottlenecks, and provide data-driven insights to leadership about talent acquisition effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience for technical and non-technical roles
• Experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to effectively partner with hiring managers and clearly articulate candidate qualifications and fit
• Basic understanding of technical roles and terminology
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple searches
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Additional Information

• Expected full-time salary range between $100,000 to $120,000 equity benefits.
• Advertised and actual salary ranges may differ by geographic area, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
• This position does not include visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship.
