About the Role
Six Rivers Wellness is seeking a licensed Clinical Supervisor (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) to support and guide our team of associate clinicians (ASWs and AMFTs). This role blends clinical supervision, mentorship, and light administrative collaboration to help maintain high-quality, ethical, and relationally grounded care across the practice.

Important Note on Carelon Credentialing
Please note that there will be a delay before supervisors are approved with Carelon Behavioral Health. During this period, supervisors will not begin working with Six Rivers Wellness.
What You’ll Do
- Provide weekly individual and/or group supervision to associate clinicians (ASWs, AMFTs)
- Support supervisees in developing strong clinical skills, case conceptualization, and ethical practice
- Review and sign off on clinical documentation as required
- Offer consultation on complex cases, particularly trauma and relational work
- Help reinforce a trauma-informed, inclusive, and relational clinical culture
- Collaborate with leadership on clinical quality and best practices
- Maintain a small caseload of clients (optional, depending on preference and capacity)
What We’re Looking For
- Active California license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC
- Meets California BBS requirements for clinical supervision
- Experience providing clinical supervision or strong interest in stepping into a supervisory role
- Deep grounding in trauma-informed and relational therapy approaches
- Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, supportive, and accountable supervisory style
- Commitment to cultural humility and affirming care across identities
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience supervising early-career clinicians
- Training in modalities such as:
- Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
- Somatic therapies
- Attachment-based or parts work
- Experience working with Medi-Cal populations or within community mental health settings
