We serve individuals, couples, and families, and proudly support clients covered through Partnership HealthPlan of California, where eligible therapy services may be offered at no cost.
About the Role:
Six Rivers Wellness is seeking a compassionate and motivated Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW) who is excited to grow in a supportive, relationship-centered clinical environment. This role is ideal for someone who wants high-quality clinical experience, strong supervision, and a caseload grounded in meaningful, client-centered work.
What You'll Do:
- Provide individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy
- Offer services both in-person and via telehealth
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and create treatment plans
- Maintain timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards
- Collaborate with our team to support client care and referral needs
- Participate in regular clinical supervision and professional development
What We're Looking For:
- Active registration as an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW) in California
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
- Warm, grounded presence and ability to build trust with clients
- Commitment to cultural humility and inclusive, affirming care
- Reliable, organized, and responsive in communication and documentation
Preferred (Not Required):
- Experience working with trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or life transitions
- A strong interest in trauma-informed and relational therapy models, especially Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
- Experience working with rural communities or Medicaid/Medi-Cal populations
