You’ll support real client work across media relations, influencer marketing, social media, events, and brand storytelling. This is a great opportunity to build your résumé, grow your portfolio, and learn how beauty campaigns come together behind the scenes.
Six One Agency is a woman-led public relations agency representing diverse beauty, wellness, and lifestyle brands, with a particular passion for brands rooted in culture and community. We help shape meaningful stories, build brand visibility, and connect our clients with media, influencers, and consumers.
What You'll Work On:
- Researching media, editors, influencers, creators, and industry trends
- Monitoring TikTok, Instagram, and emerging cultural conversations
- Assisting with influencer mailers, curated gifting, and PR send-outs
- Compiling press coverage, client updates, media lists, and presentation decks
- Supporting event planning, guest research, and on-site activations when applicable
- Keeping projects organized through Asana, Google Drive, and shared trackers
- Assisting with scheduling, administrative projects, and general agency support
- Contributing ideas for client campaigns, social content, and brand moments

- Are currently enrolled in college and able to receive academic credit
- Can commit a minimum of 16 hours per week for a minimum of four months
- Are majoring in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- Have a strong interest in beauty, wellness, lifestyle, media, or social content
- Are organized, dependable, proactive, and attentive to detail
- Enjoy research and stay current on social media, cultural trends, and emerging brands
- Care about aesthetics, presentation, packaging, and the small details that make an experience memorable
- Communicate professionally and are comfortable asking questions
- Are eager to learn, contribute, and take ownership of assignments
