- Direct traffic into the parking lot when needed
- Greet guests with a friendly, helpful attitude
- Provide directions and park information
- Work at Lost Parents locations and maintain proper documentation
- Rent out strollers and wheelchairs
- Manage Lost and Found items
- Clean and maintain animal kennels and inventory at end of day
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and welcoming
- Follow Enchanted Parks' Guest‑First service standards
- Assist with additional duties as needed
- Minimum age: 15
- Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Comfortable interacting with guests throughout the day
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
- For Lost & Found/Rentals: ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Strong teamwork skills and reliable attendance
