What You'll Do
- Help coordinate housing assignments and moveins for international participants
- Keep accurate records of arrivals, departures, and required documents
- Answer participant questions in person, by email, and over the phone
- Work with different departments to ensure proper job placements and training
- Review and process participant paperwork
- Track worked hours to meet compliance standards
- Calculate and record housing deposits and deductions
- Conduct occasional housing inspections
- Help plan fun cultural experiences each month
- Assist with coordinating transportation for participants
What We're Looking For
- Minimum age: 18
- Valid driver's license
- Availability for shifts between 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM, including weekends
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems
- Detailoriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks
- Positive, professional attitude and strong teamwork skills
Other Duties
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support HR operations and overall park needs.
