Math Instructional Coach: Elementary
The instructional coach will work alongside teachers to strengthen instructional practices, analyze student data, support curriculum implementation, facilitate professional learning, and foster a positive culture focused on continuous growth and success.
Responsibilities Include:
-Coaching and supporting teachers through planning, modeling, and feedback
-Facilitating PLCs and professional development
-Assisting with data analysis and instructional decision-making
-Supporting curriculum implementation and instructional best practices
-Collaborating with campus leadership to improve student outcomes
-Mentoring and supporting new teachers
Qualifications:
-Valid Texas teaching certificate
-Minimum of three years successful classroom, teaching experience
-Strong knowledge of curriculum, instruction, and assessment
-Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience leading professional development
-Experience analyzing student achievement data
-Masters degree and/or leadership experience
Note: This position is funded through grant funds and is contingent upon continued grant funding availability, and program requirements.
Position Type: Full-Time. Possibly Half-Time; including Retire-Rehire status.
Salary : $44,540 - $80,000
