Vice President

Our client is seeking an Asset Manager for the Commercial Real Estate Loans desk. Primary responsibilities include:

• Monitoring and analyzing asset performance in an effort to proactively manage and mitigate portfolio risk.
• Working with external parties including but not limited to: borrowers, attorneys, partners, and third-party consultants.
• Preparing and participating in monthly portfolio reviews.
• Managing, reviewing, and coordinating work product provide by third party servicers and asset managers.
• Analyzing monthly and quarterly property financial reporting.
• Forming systematic approaches to efficiently evaluate and conduct asset management procedures.
  
  

The Ideal Candidate Has

• 7 years of experience in commercial real estate debt asset management
• Experience managing senior, stretch senior, mezzanine loans, preferred equity, participations, and JV’s both through new debt originations and secondary acquisitions.
• Prior workout experience on sub-performing, distressed, and REO assets.
• Experience with retail, hospitality, and office assets.

The annual full time base salary range for this role is

$200,000.00 - $270,000.00

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
