What are the responsibilities and job description for the Summer Caregiver Needed for Fun, Active Child (June–July, Weekdays) position at Sittercity.com?
I'm looking for a kind, reliable summer caregiver for my 6-year-old son, Jace, from June 12th to August 7th (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday). This could be a great fit for a teacher, para, college student in education/healthcare, or someone with childcare or medical experience.
Jace is a fun, active kid who loves being outside, staying busy, and playing. He has epilepsy that primarily affects him at night, so we’re hoping to find someone calm, attentive, and comfortable following simple health-related guidance if ever needed.
Responsibilities would include supervising play and activities, helping with simple meals/snacks, providing a safe and engaging environment, and being attentive to his needs throughout the day. Jace will attend ESY for approximately three hours during part of the summer.
