What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sitter needed position at Sittercity.com?

I just need a babysitter from the time from one to six. My son is speciality is three years old. He has autism. He’s actually a very well-behaved child. He does have tantrums on occasion, but he is a loving and happy baby and he just needs to be watched for a couple hours while I am working.
