Approx. hrs 11:30am-5:30 p.m. during school yr. We are a family of 4 kids, but job is primarily for our youngest. Sitter should be comfortable w/ a lively household, many moving parts & have prior experience w/multiple kids. 3 older kids more present during school breaks, 1/2 days. Parents work @ home. We LIMIT screen usage; our kids thrive on creative play/engagement. In PM, the 4 yr old needs engaging play, meal help. Older kids join in the PM for 1-2 hrs before parents are finished w/ work. Some hrs. may be non-childcare: errands, household support, driving. Looking for someone w/long-term potential. 1-2 trial runs to ensure right match. Aug will be a transition. Work best w/ person who is adaptable/flexible, can handle schedule fluctuations (sometimes 4 OR 5 days a week). No other kids pls, prefer nearby candidates. Will request resume & refs
