What are the responsibilities and job description for the Need care for my adult special needs son position at Sittercity.com?

We are looking for someone to help care for our son when we are out of town and for weekend evenings. During the week he attends a day habilitation school from 9am-3pm. He needs assistance with his meds, bathroom assistance and supervision. He can not be left alone. If watching while we are out of town during the week then transporting to school in the morning. The bus brings him home. Our son is 30 years old with Autism, seizure disorder, ADHD.
