Full-time Nanny & Household Manager needed in Bentonville, AR. Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM, 40–45 hrs/week, $28–$32/hr. This role will evolve with our growing family. Initially, while our toddler is in daycare, the focus will be household management, meal prep, errands, laundry, organization, and vendor coordination. During maternity leave, the role will shift toward more toddler care and family support. After maternity leave, primary daytime infant care will become the top priority while maintaining key household routines. Seeking a proactive, reliable candidate with childcare experience who is comfortable growing with our family.
