Part-time Family Assistant needed for a dad and two girls, ages 6 and 9. 25 guaranteed hours/week at $30/hour, plus monthly gas allowance. Mondays and Tuesdays are flexible household reset days, including laundry, meal prep, errands, groceries, and organization. Wednesdays and Thursdays are primary childcare days, ideally 2–8 PM or 3–8 PM, including pickup, homework, dinner, and evening support. Limited weekend needs, generally 1–2 days/month, planned in advance. Seeking someone warm, trustworthy, proactive, organized, dependable, and comfortable becoming a consistent presence in our household.
