House Cleaner

I have a spine and back injury that make it difficult to scrub a shower, lift heavy items or do repetitive movements such as mopping and dusting. I have 4 children and need help picking up/organizing their rooms, cleaning the shower, dusting, mopping and helping with laundry. We have a small ranch with the laundry room downstairs in the basement, but I really only need help with the main level as the lower level isn’t used much. I have 1 closet in the basement, I could use help organizing.
