Flexible nanny needed for active toddler on weekdays starting November 26

We want a reliable nanny to support our family. This position starts on November 26th, but we can be flexible with the start date. The schedule includes weekday days, focusing on one toddler. The nanny will engage the child in playtime activities, prepare snacks, and help with nap routines. Assisting with light housekeeping related to the child is also required. We value communication and hope to find someone who enjoys working with young children and creates a safe and nurturing environment. My wife is a firefighter with a rotating schedule with needs that rotate week to week. Typically we’d need someone 2-3 days per week, 16-24 hours total.
